Cancellation Policies in Egg Language

Over Easy – Full refund 1 day prior to event

• Must be made a full 24 hours prior to 12:00 AM local time on the day of the event. As an example, if the event is on Friday, cancel by the previous Wednesday at midnight.
• If the guest cancels on the event date, Permaman receives 25% of the total fee.

Scrambled – Full refund 5 days prior to event, except fees

• Must be made five full days prior to 12:00 AM local time on the day of the event. For example, if the event is on Friday, cancel by the previous Saturday at midnight.
• If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, they will receive a 50% refund.

Hard Boiled – 50% refund up until 1 week prior to event, except fees

• Must be made seven full days prior to 12:00 AM local time on the day of the event, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Thursday at midnight.

Super Hard Boiled – 50% refund up until 30 days prior to event, except fees

• Super Strict refunds are available by invitation only.
• Must be made 30 full days prior to 12:00 AM local time on the day of the event.
